Fair Game 2

Fair Game 2

Start

After an administrator announcement in the public chat, every online character of the matching level automatically receives a personal teleport “Go to Poker”. From that moment the contest timer starts; it lasts 30 minutes. To take part, use the received teleport at once; your character will then appear on the “star» Casino, where they are temporarily bound (when the quest ends all participants receive quest “returners” and and are moved back to their usual spawn).

:!: Warning! You need one free inventory slot besides the one holding the quest teleport!

Location.

darkswords.ru_img_actions_casino.jpg The map of Casino is shown on the right. «Star” where you start is a Peaceful Zone, here you cannot attack even «outlaws»; quest mobs do not enter this area. The rest of the area is an Order Zone, you cannot create or join a party, Area Magic players’ area magic works only on the focused target, and PvP is forbidden except attacks on “outlaws»; across this area roam PlayCards (52 of them), Gold Coin (20 of them) and Joker (one on each of the three floors). Joker are aggressive level 10000 mobs — avoid them. Death from a Joker sends the character to the “star”.

:!: Warning! Using the item «Road Home», moves the character to their main bind point (they leave the quest zone).

PlayCards.

In the quest zone every player’s carry cap is raised to 7500, while each card weighs 1000 — so you cannot hold more than 7 cards. Other inventory items still have weight, so leave at least 400 free capacity. Each coin weighs 1. You cannot hold two identical cards (for example two queen of spades); a duplicate drop does nothing. PlayCards are personal — they cannot be traded, swapped or looted from a corpse.

Poker Chips.

darkswords.ru_game_code_avatars_1581.jpg Before the quest each participant receives 100 Poker Chips to play with. The chip count can change during the quest. To do that, kill Gold Coin. Each slain coin randomly adds or removes from 1 to 20 chips. If after killing a Gold Coin your chips drop to zero or below, you leave the quest and are bound to the “star» Arkijah Town and no longer compete for prizes.

Quest objectives.

First objective – finish in the top ten. To do that you must collect as many Poker Chips, received at the start and from killing Gold Coin. We strongly advise you not to drop Poker Chips or try to pass them to other players.

Second objective – Build the best poker hand you can. At the end the dealer discards 2 of the 7 cards that are not part of the poker combination, or belong to a weaker one. If the hand is not five cards (for example four queens), the 5th card is the highest of the remaining three — the kicker that breaks ties.

Prize pool.
