Fixes

- Fixed an issue with the subscription duration not being properly calculated for artifacts, Eternal Presents and several other subscriptions;
- Fixed an issue with inability to purchase a subscription for Eternal Presents;
- Fixed a number of issues with monster regeneration (incl. the one with the Towers during Kingdom Wars). Now the monsters should not fail to regenerate life when in and out of combat with the Towers regenerating around 1% of their Max HP every 10 seconds
