18-hour vulnerability window for sieges

Clan leaders will now be able to set up an 18-hour vulnerability window, outside of which the territories under their control CANNOT be besieged. The command format is \siege_time "XX", where XX is the starting hour of vulnerability window (0-23), i.e. By default the starting hour fo vulnerability window has been set to 8 AM.
