Day The Dead
2026-10-26
DarkSwords celebrates the Day of the Dead from October 26 to November 1. During the event, players receive +25 platinum for every dollar spent with a Dealer, can complete new one-time quests from Gerardo, including a unique quest for a single player, and purchase the Witch pet from the Platinum Alchemy Shop. From October 26 until the restart on November 2, powerful unique Piñata monsters will appear in certain regions, dropping sweet rewards when defeated.
Have a spooky Halloween! This year, we've decided to celebrate the Mexican version of this holiday—Dia de los Muertos or Day of the Dead.
From October 26 through November 1 (inclusive), for every dollar spent at the Dealer, you’ll receive +25 Platinum.
"Day of the Dead" is the only time of year when the dead can enter the world of the living. On October 26 in Antica City, "Gerardo" will give you a series of new quests. These are one-time quests and will be available until November 1. Players with a PVM subscription can purchase Magic Water for the quests from the in-game store.
Also, from October 30 to November 1 starting at 8:00 PM (server time), you may encounter a unique quest that only one player per server can complete. After that, the unique quest will be disabled, but the main Chain quest will remain.
Attention! To complete the unique quest, we recommend logging out of the game and selecting “Clear Data” in the login/password window under Settings.
In the Platinum Alchemy Shop, you can purchase the Witch pet (equivalent to a Genie). Spice up your holiday!
From October 26 until the server restart on November 2, Piñatas—very powerful unique monsters—will appear in certain regions. Break the Piñatas to receive sweet gifts (you must disable Asceticism). Remember, Piñatas take a very long time to “respawn.”
