Update "End-user license agreement"

According to paragraph 2 of "End-user license agreement", we inform you about amending clause: 2.1.4. Namely, "User has a right to create only one account." is excluded. Also we amend the rest of the paragraph. Now the paragraph follows: "2.1.4. User has no right to transfer their registration data (username and password) to a third party, and has no right to recieve it from a third party. User is also prohibited from directly or indirectly aiding recovery of character password or pin to a third party (email access sharing). Only in special circumstances will character transfers(attached to new email) be permitted by administration such as sufficient proof of ownership of character is provided.."

Also, we added clarify to the paragraph 2.1.5: “The User has a right to play simultaneously with only one account from one computer.”
